What the form collects

When you ask for a quote, the form asks for:

• Your name
• Company, if you add one
• Phone number and email
• Project type, location and timeframe, if you fill them in
• Your message about the job

What we do with it

We use those details to reply about that enquiry and to price the work. Sending the form is a request for us to contact you about that job. It does not add you to a mailing list.

We do not sell the details. We do not pass them to another contractor so they can chase the lead.

Where it goes

The form sends the enquiry to Web3Forms, which emails it to admin@hlmearthworks.au. Web3Forms keeps a copy for 30 days. After it arrives, it sits in the business email with the rest of the job correspondence, for as long as we need it to quote the work, do the job, or meet a record we have to keep.

The quote page at /quote asks for the same contact details, plus your role, the job stage, a rough job size, and when you want to start. It will not send until you tick that you have read the terms and this privacy policy. That page also records which ad was clicked, so we know where the enquiry came from. It is used to reply about that job, not to build a mailing list.

The website checks the connection briefly to block repeated spam submissions. That check is not saved with your enquiry.

The map

The contact page shows a Google map of the yard. Opening that page loads the map from Google, which handles that visit under its own privacy terms.

Access and deletion

Email admin@hlmearthworks.au if you want a copy of what you sent, a correction, or for the enquiry to be deleted. If we still need it for a job already underway, or for a record we have to keep, we will say so.
