The form is a request

Sending the quote form asks HLM to look at the job and get back to you. The quote page asks you to confirm you have read these terms and the privacy policy before it sends. It is not a contract, and it does not lock in a price, a start date or a scope of work. A price only stands once HLM confirms it. Work on site depends on drawings, access, ground conditions and what is agreed after that.

What you send

Give details that are accurate enough for us to understand the job. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share. How we handle the name, phone, email and job details is set out in the privacy policy.

The website

The pages describe the work HLM does. They are not a specification and they are not advice for a particular site. Photos on the site are of HLM work and plant. Do not copy them for another business.

Do not misuse the form, try to break the site, or send anything unlawful through it.

Liability

We take care with what is published. We are not liable for a decision you make from the website alone, before a job has been quoted and agreed. Nothing here limits a right that Australian law does not allow us to limit.
